We’re sorry to hear that you would like to withdraw from your order. Of course, we’ll be happy to support you with this. Please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the goods so that we can check the current status of your order and initiate the return together with you.
You can register your return easily and free of charge via our returns portal:

If you placed your order through your Customer Account, click on the “Return” field in the order overview and follow the next steps.
If you do not have a printer, DHL can conveniently print the return label for you. Simply show the QR code from the return label at a post office, parcel shop, or directly to your DHL delivery driver.
Please note: if you choose to return the goods independently at your own expense, we unfortunately cannot reimburse the resulting costs.
