As soon as the return has arrived with us and has been processed, we will refund the amount for the returned goods. This process can take up to 14 days.
For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. A different refund method is not possible for system-related reasons. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
