If your payment was not completed properly or the payment process was interrupted due to a long loading time, we still ask you to wait for up to 30 minutes to see whether you receive a transaction confirmation from the payment service provider.
No transaction confirmation from PayPal?
Unfortunately, in this case no order was transmitted to us. If no error message appeared, please try again. Otherwise, we will be happy to check with you by phone why the payment could not be completed.
Important: If your order has been placed successfully, you will always receive an order confirmation directly from roastmarket. Please also check your spam folder for the order confirmation.
If you have a transaction confirmation from the respective payment service provider and still have not received a confirmation from us after 30 minutes, please contact us with the relevant transaction number. You can find the transaction number for your payment in the transaction confirmation from the payment service provider. We will then be happy to look up the transaction for you and cancel the payment.
