All Beans that you collect with your purchases in the online shop or in the roastmarket app will be credited to your account after a period of 28 days from the purchase date.
Before this period has expired, the Beans collected are considered provisional or “Pending” Beans. Only after that are they converted into active Beans and can be redeemed. You can see an overview of your current Beans balance in your Customer Account under the “Coffee Club” tab.
